Program at a Glance
The conference will feature four main Themed Sessions: Systematics (covering evolution, taxonomy, and biogeography), Ecology (including larval fish ecology), Sustainable Fisheries, and general Fish Biology (encompassing Physiology, Neurobiology, Behavior, Developmental Biology, and more). Additionally, eight Special Sessions aligned with the core themes of the conference 'Conservation' and 'Transition' have been arranged to address the diverse research exchange needs of participants.
A satellite symposium on "Deep-Sea Fishes" is scheduled to follow the conference, taking place in Okinawa, Japan, on June 15, 2025.
Another satellite meeting on "Clownfish" is also scheduled to take place in Yi-Lan, Taiwan, on June 15, 2025, following the conference. Only 50 places are available. Please register here.
Evening social events, including an icebreaker on June 08 evening at the NTU campus and a banquet on June 12 evening at Fullon Hotel Taipei, East (both included in the registration fee), will be organized to provide opportunities for face-to-face networking among experts, scholars, and students, facilitating in-depth exchange of academic experiences and research insights.
