Travel Award Provided by "Fishes"

ASI Student Member Support

The ASI-IPFC12 organizers are pleased to offer 10 complimentary registrations for student members of the Asian Society of Ichthyologists. To apply, please email the conference organization secretary, Ms. Carina Huang, at 2025.asiipfc12@gmail.com, with the subject line “ASI Student Member Support – [Your Family Name].

Application Deadline

  • The deadline for applications has been extended to March 3, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be full-time students in the country where they are pursuing their studies.
  • Applicants must hold an active ASI membership at the time of the conference (Eligibility includes students who have attended any previous ASI annual meeting).
  • Applicants must register and submit an abstract for presentation at ASI-IPFC12.

Required Application Materials

  • Membership certificate or proof of attendance from previous ASI meetings.
  • Proof of registration for ASI-IPFC12. *You do not need to complete the payment yet. The email you receive once you complete filling in the information is sufficient.
  • Copy of the submitted abstract.
  • A letter of support from the student’s advisor.
  • A cover letter detailing your educational and research background and explaining your interest in participating in this conference.

ISoT Member Support

The Ichthyological Society of Taiwan (ISoT) is offering financial support to assist ISoT members with travel and attendance at ASI-IPFC12. For more information, please contact the ISoT secretary at isot2011@gmail.com.
