Registration Fee
The registration fee includes the conference package, access to a reception event, a banquet dinner (which includes free entrance to Taipei Zoo), and two tea breaks along with a light lunch each day.
Accompanying Persons are not permitted to attend the scientific sessions. To participate in the scientific sessions, individuals must register as either presenting or non-presenting participants. Non-presenting participants are welcome to join the organized social events; however, priority will be given to presenting participants and their accompanying persons due to limited availability.

Registration Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to 2025.asiipfc12@gmail.com.
- Registration fees will be refunded 80% of the amount paid for cancellations made before May 20, 2025. No refunds for cancellations made after May 20, 2025.
