Speaker Guidelines:

  1. To ensure the program stays on schedule and as a courtesy to fellow presenters, please strictly adhere to the time limit.

  2. All speakers should upload their PowerPoint slides to the designated cloud folder in advance. In addition, it is recommended that speakers check in at the Preview Area — located on the 2nd floor of the NTU conference venue (from June 9-11), or the underground level of the Education Center, Taipei Zoo conference venue (from June 12-13)—at least 30 minutes before their session begins to test their slides.

  3. Please note that the optimal screen ratio for PowerPoint presentations is 16:9. To adjust this, go to the Design tab in PowerPoint and select Slide Size > Widescreen (16:9).

  4. To help sessions run smoothly, please arrive at your presentation room 5 minutes before the session starts to meet with the Session Chair and familiarize yourself with the AV setup.

Poster Preparation Instructions:

  1. All posters should be based on the abstracts accepted by the Scientific Committee.
  2. Posters should be displayed on one side of a poster board measuring 100 cm (W) x 220 cm.
